  Hize un pedido para recoger y me dieron mi orden así, no sé si normalmente siempre dan las órdenes sin una bolsa pero el servicio de la persona que me atendió fue pésimo. Le hize una pregunta sobre si tenían otra cartera de las mismas y me respondió muy mal. Que muestren un poco de buena atención al cliente por qué así no dan ganas de regresar a comprar ahí.

  This store in Tanger outlet, Deer Park needs to “TIGHTEN SECURITY”. When I walked in I was greeted by an associate. I showed her the bag I was looking for. Unfortunately, the didn’t have it. There were others to look at. I found a bag I liked. As I was browsing through the store, I noticed two female customers, an elderly mother and daughter (both appeared Arabian or Hindi, not to sound racist) were following me around the store. I tried on a coat. As I was looking in the mirror the elderly woman purposely stepped in front of the mirror and started talking to her daughter. I very nicely said, “Excused me, I’m looking in the mirror”. The daughter nasty said, “There’s another one over there”. Shockingly, I said,” You’re not very nice”. I walked to the other mirror. As an associate walked up to me I handed her coat to and told her to take it. I don’t want it. It doesn’t fit. With that I complained to her about the two female customers. I went to pay for the bag and sure enough the two female customers were at the other register. I’m giving the cashier personal information to log into the system. The whole situation just didn’t sit right with me. You are very lucky I didn’t call the police which would have hurt your business. I’m still thinking of returning the bag. Every time I look at it it reminds me of my awful experience shopping in your store.

  The staff needs customer service training. If a customer is patiently waiting to be checked out, greet them, or say someone will be with you shortly. Don’t stand there avoiding eye contact to then just walk away to hang out by the watches to BS with another staff member. I had to walk over after five minutes to ask for assistance, breakup the group chat to remind them they have customers waiting. Then to walk out without saying a word. Horrible experience for a place I visit quite frequently.
