  I really like this Subway, the service is great. I visit the area a dozen or so times a year and always stop by a few times. Today, I ordered two sandwiches and was very pleased with both the food quality and the service.

  The location in Copiague does not accept coupons. This is so unfair when it is advertised buy on get on free. Never coming back!!!!

  Made an order online go to pickup they tell me they have no bread(no one called me) I can either have a Flatbread or a wrap (I ordered 5 sandwiches for everyone at work) they tell me I need to call the app to get a refund so I sit and argue for 10min finally they call the owner 20min goes by at this point ill take a gift card. Another 10min goes by I get a refund that takes 3 days to clear on my card. I just wanted a 🥪 sandwich!! I will never go here again.

  The staff treat you like family. It is the cleanest subway I have been too. Everyone is always smiling and they seem happy to serve you. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Joe.
