  The location in Copiague does not accept coupons. This is so unfair when it is advertised buy on get on free. Never coming back!!!!

  Made an order online go to pickup they tell me they have no bread(no one called me) I can either have a Flatbread or a wrap (I ordered 5 sandwiches for everyone at work) they tell me I need to call the app to get a refund so I sit and argue for 10min finally they call the owner 20min goes by at this point ill take a gift card. Another 10min goes by I get a refund that takes 3 days to clear on my card. I just wanted a 🥪 sandwich!! I will never go here again.

  I was just in there for 30 mins and literally walked out because it was taking so long! That was RIDICULOUS!
