    Our stay at the Best Western Cooperstown was great! Such a clean room, nice comfortable beds and wonderful shower. Breakfast was superb and menu alternated days. Highly recommend! Our grandson played at Cooperstown so we stayed for 4 days.

    Do not stay here. I was charged for a day that I did not stay and they refused a refund. Go elsewhere and save your money!

    We had an Airbnb for Dreamspark that was wonderful. But due to the schedules we had an extra night we had to find a hotel before our flight out next day. This place sucks don’t stay here!! Tornado warning and they would not let us check in early said it would cost 100 dollars, it was 2pm and check was at 3. The toilet in the common area was clogged when we got there.

    Nice location and pretty clean. BUT!! Whoever is doing the laundry needs to be fired!! The towels are dirty and old looking! Hello management use more bleach and get new towels!!!

    My family and I booked a room here as our daughter had a softball tournament and this was where the team was staying. We arrived and my husband pulled up front and went in with my card to pay for the room and check in, he came back out with a paper that I had to fill out because he was using my card, she wouldnt let him use my card without me. Mind you we had our 1 year old in the vehicle and didn’t want to do the whole in and out game. We wanted to check in and get to our room and we were sadly mistaken. I signed this paper and he took it back in and then came right back out with said paper. So I got out and went in to pay for it myself and the girl at the front desk still made me fill out this paper even though I came in to pay with MY card. So now it’s time to pay and she decides to tell us that there is now a $100 incidental fee and it will go back on the card within 72 hours, that would have been nice to know prior, so whatever it charged my car $282(this is for one night). By this time our 1 year old has become tired of waiting(so were we). So we get our things and head up to our room, when we walk in we were greeted with a weird smell that never went away. Breakfast the next morning was ok, I checked out and the guy at the front desk said that the $100 charge would take up to 72 hours to go back on my card, ok that’s fine. Here we are 72 hours later and still no money back on the card. My husband called and spoke with them and they stated that 100 is a pending hold, nope I can see it clearly on my statement that there is a $282 charge. They also told him 72 hours. So I called and spoke with a girl who was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I calmly explained to her that I was told twice that it takes 72 hours for the $100 to go back on, and she rudely said to me that I was wrong and no one told me that and that it’s 7 days not 72 hours. I told her that they need to start telling the employees that work there that they need to tell people that it’s 7 days and not 72 hours. And again she rudely told me that no one told me that and that I need to call my bank and then decided to hang up on me. I will never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible costumer service and lack of communication! I never once screamed or swore at the girl I was speaking with on the phone.
