  Scott and Melissa are always friendly and professional. Service is efficient. I always get in and out whether it's dropping off a return or dropping of loan signing documents for my notary business.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelle and Michelle were BEYOND amazing! From the second I walked into UPS, they made what should have been a basic errand feel like I was catching up with friends. Between the laughs, hair routines, grocery lists, makeup tips, and everything in between, I almost forgot I was there to handle a package! Their personalities, customer service, and energy were unmatched. They were welcoming, hilarious, helpful, and somehow still managed to keep everything moving while making every interaction feel personal. And on a FRIDAY?! That level of positivity deserves extra recognition. UPS, you have an AMAZING crew with Michelle & Michelle. Protect them at all costs, give them a raise, an extra day off, AND whatever employee recognition is available because they absolutely deserve it! I walked in as a customer and left feeling like I had two new friends. 10/10 experience. I’ll be back—and apparently next time I need to bring my grocery list and makeup bag!

  Very nice staff. Manager couldn’t do enough to help me. So glad I decided to ship with UPS. I also learned a lot about the other services they provide (notary, faxing, shredding, etc.). Will go back in the future.

  UPS store in Congers provides Great customer service, self service for returns and packing supplies as needed.

  Always friendly and helpful. Easy to use their services, including Amazon returns. Conveniently located. Even got help from Michael with carrying a heavy item from my car into the store. I couldn’t have done it myself and he did it with a smile.
