  This place has really gone down hill since opening. This was my go to especially for last night snack but the last two times I’ve had a terrible experience. This time was late night the late My crew was horrible. They put so much seasoning on the chicken. I couldn’t eat it. They were not professional at all usually during the day when either the owner or the manager is present everything runs smoothly and he is professional. This last visit I had to call in because the app was not working. It took 10 minutes for the woman to spell my name and another ten minutes to understand and take my order. and once I went in To pick up the person just looks at me. I say hello she doesn’t speak. I say hello again and she finally says hello and I said I’m here to pick up my order. It was a terrible experience. I’m going to either stop eating wings or find a new location.

  Scratching his head while wearing noooo gloves ... then she drops fries and picks it up with her hands.... where are the freaking gloves your dealing with people's food you should wear gloves and leave the attitude at home when asked to put gloves on

  What idiotic wing restaurant has the audacity to charge people extra just to get the standard blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce with their wings that everyone else in the world provides without a charge? This place does, that's who.

  I placed an order on the website. The food was never delivered. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The manager does not speak English. Another person got on and explained the manager speaks Spanish only. I gave that person my information and was told they can't locate my order but they would eventually refund my money. The person then said I need to contact door dash as its there problem...I contacted door dash and they said they are a delivery service only and I need to contact wingstop. Horrible experience from both wingstop and doordash.
