  Employee was completely unhelpful giving false policy information regarding their P.O. Boxes. While I was looking for the documents he requested he pulled his friend up to the front of the line where they had a nice long conversation about one of their friends dying from substance abuse (the employee looked under the influence) any way they said they couldn’t help me but the Huntington location helped me no issue what so ever. Guy at commack just didn’t want to do his job.

  DO NOT USE UPS COMMACK: I trusted UPS Commack to pack and mail my $5,500 watch to Seiko Repairs in Mahwah, New Jersey. It's been almost a week and when I checked the tracking number it says that the label has been created and that the package has not been mailed yet. I went to UPS Commack this morning and they are clueless to as what happened and said they are filing a claim. I tried calling UPS customer service and can't even get through to a live operator. This is beyond frustrating. I will never use UPS again.

  I went to drop a package off and they wanted to charge me $2 to just tape my label on it. I said, "Really, you're going to charge me $2 for a piece of tape?" The girl said, "Yes, that's our policy since November." I was the only one in the store, so it's not even like I was interrupting anything. She let me leave with the package. So much for courtesy. Of course, they have the right to charge for whatever they want, but every place else I've gone just does it for free as a courtesy. Just on principle, I'll use a different store from now on.
