On 4/9 I ordered 2 subs through doordash. Order# 5983f095-cf
One of the subs ordered was a BLT with triple bacon. Paid almost $10 extra dollars for this. My doordasher went to pick up my order, asked the worker (who they described as the tall, thin, dirty blond with her teeth rotting out of her head) if the was all for the order. She said yes and he walked out. When he got here my husband met him and yelled to me, "didn't you order two?" I responded yes and the dasher checked the receipt and said he would go back for it. When he arrived back at the shop he asked the worker about the sub. She said "oh I was still making it when you picked up the other one." To which he stated he had asked if that was all. She handed him a sub without an apology. When he arrived back here with the sub he relay the story and mentioned to us that the worker had been acting really erratic and he felt like she had been on drugs.
Well we finally get inside to sit down to eat and my husband talks a bit of his sub and puts it down and opens it. There are only 8 pieces of bacon on the sandwich, which is the normal amount for single meat. I try calling the store and continuously get a busy signal, so I message the manager to let her know the situation. She asks me to send her pictures, so I do. She called her worker and let her know the sub wasn't made right. The worker proceeded to tell her we must have removed the meat and were lying. Never in my life would I lie about $10 worth of bacon on a subway sub. The accusation way uncalled for, offensive and ridiculous. Instead of being a decent human and apologizing maybe once, she just kept being rude, making unfounded accusations and being unapologetic. I was never reimbursed for the mistake.
