So apparently Wing Stop In CLIFTON PARK will mess up my order, I ask them to credit me the difference she will respond the general manager stacy will give you a call whenever she is in the next time. I proceed to ask her , her name and she hangs up. A mistake that was not mine , there was no suitable solution. It was not paid for on credit nor did it take 5 business days to pay for it. What you should of done is offer to deliver my order not tell me come get it and then further more cannot credit me the difference of the order. Whoever handled the call supervisor at the time your customer skills is lacking. I am waiting to see how many days it will take STACY the general manager to call to credit me my funds since there is absolutely no way for mistakes handled in branch to be fixed. Train your staff better maybe reviews will improve.

Closing the store early so that dash orders had to be canceled. Seems like management is in a rush to get home and not doing her job fulfilling business hours.

We decided to try this place because we have never been before. Walked in, ordered, waited 30 minutes just to be served cold wings. While sitting there waiting, we watched more than one customer come in to return the wrong order they were given. Also, several DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers had to wait excessively long times because the Wingstop employees were marking orders ready for pickup shortly after they were placed. The food was good, it probably would have been better if it was hot. I would definitely go to a Wingstop again, just not this one.

Had an order that was never received. Their power was out when we arrived and they were unable to make our order. When we asked about a refund we were laughed at and told to find the corporate number online (which doesn’t exist). When I called back to ask again for the number, they refused to provide it again. Only after submitting a corporate complaint were we given a response and told we would be refunded. This was 11 days ago and we still have not received a refund. Will never be going back.
