  I stayed here August 7-10 in room 108 with my elderly parents. Only one person at check in, we waited 30 minutes. We got to our rooms, left right away for a family reunion. When we returned at 9pm, we discovered the toilet wouldn't flush. I reported to reception, they offered a room on second floor, but at that time too tired to move my parents. I was given a plunger which I kept as the toilet did not flush the entire time. We ended up using the washroom by reception for the entire time at hotel. The fridge was not clean. Our room was not serviced (trash not emptied, towels not replaced...etc). The carpet felt constantly damp and I'm praying the sheets were clean when we got the room. I felt the woman at the front desk was very dismissive. She ended up offering my Mum $50 off for the toilet issue. I thought Best Western was a reputable chain, but left very disappointed in this experience.

  Stayed in room 226 on 8/7-8/8. Room was clean, queen bed was comfy, air conditioning worked awesome on warm humid night. We didn't make reservations just walked in a asked if they had a room. Front desk clerk was efficient, friendly and helpful. Safe area well light parking lot. This Best Western is older than the surrounding other hotels. It is priced extremely fairly. The place across the street wanted 550 plus tax for their cheapest room. This was only 214 plus tax. We only stayed one night as we are road tripping around New York State. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and affordable place to stay this hits all those. Remember it's not new.

  I was very disappointed with the hotel. It was dirty. I had to ask the clerk to bring a vacuum to the room as there were crumbs, pet hair and trash on the floor. Even the hallways were dirty, with trash on the floor and a big laundry pile of to the side of the hall. The wall paper was peeling near the window and there was rust on the bedside lamp.

  I was disappointed with my stay overall. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which wasn’t ideal, especially when carrying luggage. What stood out the most was the cleanliness. The stairwells were dirty from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The same dried mud and debris remained there the entire time, which made it obvious they weren’t being cleaned regularly. There were also bugs inside one of the room’s light fixtures, which didn’t inspire much confidence in the overall upkeep. Breakfast was another letdown. Items frequently ran out and weren’t replenished in a timely manner. On multiple occasions, guests had to ask staff to refill basic breakfast items instead of them being proactively restocked. To top it off, the final price I was charged didn’t match the amount I was originally quoted, which left a bad impression. Overall, I expected a cleaner, better-maintained hotel with more attentive service. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet those expectations.
