  Placed an order online and waited for half an hour for my order. There was only 1 person working with a line out the door and my order hadn't even been started yet. I asked the girl to just cancel the order which she agreed to do however I still have not received a refund and it has been almost a month. I've tried contacting the manager and still have no refund. I have even returned to the same subway was being assisted until another customer walked in. The guy assisting me went and assisted the other customer leaving me waiting yet again. I will not return to this subway again.

  ordered from here a few times now, everytime my sub has been a mess. steak subs are apparently labeled as cold subs now, and they don’t carry italian herb and cheese anymore. subs weren’t made properly. poor employee work ethic.

  I had a sub made by gwen she is the nicest person I have ever had the privilege of meeting she was so nice and polite I am going to start comeing everytime she is working she is the reason I am going to start becoming a regular at this subway she is fast sweet kind and like to talk to us about our days and more places need more Gwen's in them
