  Ordered through the app, they ignored anything we customized and did the basic sandwich. Called the store to let them know of the wrong order and was cussed at and hung up on by an employee. Went back to the store to get fixed and to talk to someone about said employee, got a refund and a worker started to remake the food but the manager stopped them and told us to "piss off" and to leave. Do not come here, horrible management and service to begin with, couldn't get it right and was rude when we wanted it fixed. Manager was Alyse. The employee was hiding.

  I visited there on Sunday 30th August around 6:30 .The guy working there don’t know anything about customer service and He was rude with all the customer. Worst’s experience ever.

  Shoutout the girl Wednesday nights for giving me the mcpepper pounder. Guessing the lid fell off and she didn’t care or she was mad I ordered online 30 min before close so she didn’t even toast my sub either. I’m never one to complain but what are we doing. If you hate your job that much don’t work there, doing all this for $17 an hour
