  $10 Tuna footlong with light spinach and banana peppers (none at all) extra olives and onions (3 olives and 4 slivers of onions) and garlic aioli… 6 inches of sandwich was 4.76 ounces…. There sandwich with just base of bread, tuna and cheese should weight 12.7-12.8 oz. So how is my sandwich without even the scraps of veggies already short 3+ oz…. The franchise owners run the restaurant and do not give a crap about the quality. So just know you’re being ripped off at least 1/4 of the weight of the sandwich PLUS some as this weight was with veggies. I’m considering filing a complaint with the NYS bureau of weights and measures because this is SO irritating.

  They're so slow here. I had a mobile order, but they only care about in-store customers, so everyone got served before me, even though my order had been sitting there. 30 minutes after my order was placed, my sandwich still wasn't made. They make their sandwiches in slow-motion.

  Food made vomit and diahrea at the same time! and the woman would not let me use the bathroom so I had to do it on the floor! omg

  I walked in at 8:40 p.m. The door says it closes at 9:00 p.m. The woman behind the counter shakes her head at me, crosses her arm, and says, "We're closed." I politely inquired, "I just wanted to get a sandwich. It says on the door you're open until 9:00," to which she snapped her head back and really said, "Can't you see that we have to clean up? Can't you see that we're already done doing that? We're closed. I'm not making you a sandwich." I expressed to her my concern that the door said 9 p.m. There were 20 minutes left in their stated business hours, and I was just looking to get a sandwich for myself. It was just an easy one, nothing crazy. She said, "You can leave. We are closed." It's hard for me to believe the lack of respect for a potential customer that was trying to give them business during their operating hours and was polite to them, to be met with such rude and disrespectful interaction.

  If you are going to close at 8:30, you should update your hours to reflect that. Not turn people away at the door because you are cleaning up!
