  I placed a pickup order online for a medium pepperoni and my order was ready on time. I was pleasantly surprised because it was game 4 of the NBA playoffs. The pizza was massive! I was able to share my leftovers with my coworkers the next day. The pizza was sauced perfectly-not skimpy at all which makes for a reheatable meal the next day. I forgot to take pictures🍕

  I have never been here before so I’m not sure if this is a regular occurrence that people experience. I walked In today and I have never returned my Amazon stuff to UPS and didn’t know how it worked. First I was not greeted and (i was Patiently waiting in line smiling at everybody because I know how hard it can be to work and that industry) And the man with blonde hair said “I can take you over here” but I couldn’t hear clearly as there were others talking and then he again said it in a rude tone. Then I was Trying to find the correct QR code and he was impatient even though it took me 1 minute. Then I didn’t know if I was done or not or if anything had to be done further and I said is that it then? And his response was to say “well yeah, thats what you gave me”. Just completely rude for no reason I never complained or seen the patient I was waiting in line smiling at everybody and said hi nicely. That man made me never want to come back to this location. I understand people have tough days but you can NOT take it out on your customers..

  Worst UPS location I've been to in my life. I asked to print out a page - no issues thus far. Then I asked if I could use the tape gun (there were 3 tape guns visibly full of tape behind the desk), and the employee said that if I wanted to use tape I had to buy a full roll. Extremely annoying, but if that's store policy it's whatever. Then as I'm about to buy the roll of tape the manager tells me I can't tape my box in the store. This guy said I cannot TAPE A BOX at THE UPS STORE. Then he said that this was standard procedure at UPS (I have been to at least 50 UPS stores in my life across multiple different countries, never ever in my life have I been told I was unable to tape my box in the store). Manager is genuinely so incompetent that I question how this store is still in operation. Do not reccomend this location - take your business to any of the dozen other UPS locations in the city where you'll be treated like a human.
