They wouldn’t serve me at 8 pm when they close at 9pm because they “didn’t have any prep” and turned me away so I had to drive 10 mins away to get Subway.

My family and I decided that we wanted Subway for dinner. We decided since it was for dinner my husband wanted a little bit of extra meat on his sandwich. My roommate, the same my other roommate wanted a meatball sub we get the sub no meatballs on a meatball sub. She also ordered chips didn’t get the chips unfortunately it was a delivery so we weren’t able to just you know go up to the counter and have it fixed so all in all I would say I am extremely disappointed in the service that we received tonight.

The employee were lazy or just didn’t care about the customer
No greeting and waited on the line for a long time they were working on online order didn’t bother looking at any customer working as slow as possible went on a lunch time

I arrived at this location around 8.45am 3/25/2026
Customers bathroom is closed, front old lady is too busy to read directions on the receipt which is her job 😂😂😂
The young lady with the tattoo on her arm working at 4:45p on 3-11-2026 was too busy trying to participate in a conversation with another customer to pay attention to my order so that when I asked for a 6 inch she produced bread that looked 4.5 inches long. She then forgot the tomatoes that I asked for. And the green peppers. And the jalapeño. And the oil. I went back up to request them. I added them manually. Paid $6.84 for 4.5 inches and this experience. I don’t expect customer service to be pleasant or kind anymore (she looked perfectly sour the entire time which is her right) but if you could be sour and do the job you’re paid for that would be appreciated. You would expect no less from someone serving you.
PS: Had no veggie patties when requested. Ended up getting tuna.
