Employee did not check for customers for approximately 15 minutes. We stood there while we saw her mopping and she looked at us, but did not stop mopping. Stopped making our order in the middle to go give a friend free drinks. Order was rushed, she was rude and unfriendly.
Very bad service
I personally am sad to see the decline of subway and don’t want to watch them go out of business but when you hire such miserable people that can’t even pretend to be nice I’m not sure what else could happen. On top of the limited availability of the things they advertise and the carelessness of preparation. Don’t even know how to correctly give me a refund
12/20/21 around 12:30 pm. The woman taking orders, tallish reddish long hair, glasses. At first I felt terrible as she seemed to be the only person working during the lunch rush. Then she opened her mouth. Absolutely miserable, condescending, dismissive. Clearly would rather be anywhere but at work. Apparently customers are the jerks because we can't hear employees mumble to us through the mask, the noise of the mall and a counter dividing us. I had the audacity I had to ask the types of cheese they had, so my client I was ordering for (who was in a wheelchair, unable to see any of the options) could hear and choose one "they're right there". If you hate your job, find a new one. But don't take it out in everyone asking you to perform the job you signed up for.
The lady cashing us out was very polite. And I did thank her for it.

How they ain't have no bread done like what subway does that and they need better workers cause they suck and just give subways business a bad name like ratchet and I seen one of employees steal tips from co workers smh bad terrible
