  went in for some technical problems, I left with the same problem. I was told nobody from there other stores can fix it. terrible service no help at all.

  Mike “the manager” was terrible no customer service skills I activated a phone less then 24 hrs and needed my old phone turned on and he refused to refund my $10.66 back and rudely walked away. I had to pay another $10.66 Cam the other salesperson in the store was helpful and accommodating. Then people wonder why people switch carriers. No customer service skills I would give zero stars if I could.
