I wish i could give this place 1 star. I arrived at this hotel after i booked 7 rooms for me and my guys. I pulled up to the front to unload all our luggage like usual when you check into a hotel. Immediately the front desk lady named jackie yelled at me and said “hey is that your van! You cant park there!” I ignored her and walked out to the van to get my luggage with the luggage roller. She followed me out there and yelled some more asking whos driving the van and what not. She then went back inside and when i went inside i politely asked if she was ok. She then freaked out and said “am i ok! Im not going to check you in. She then proceeded to check the other people i was with in but denied me. Mind you i paid for all the reservations. One of my employees she was checking in said “hes our boss you got to check him in” which then jackie chuckled and said “this is your boss??” In an insulting manner. She refused to check me in and cancelled my reservation there which was really inconvenient. Theres so much more to this inconvenience but this place knows nothing about hospitality or customer service. The place reeks of smoke and urine. Dont stay here.

Was not particularly impressed with the room quality. By far the worst Best Western I've stayed at. Smelled like old smoke, the handle on the bathroom seemed like it was going to fall off, and there was a light bulb that was burned out. Could I have called the front desk about these things? Probably. But I'm a "grin and bear it" kinda guy. So, that's why I'm not giving a lower review.
Bedding was fine. Shower and bathroom area were a but weirdness but clean. I may have used the phrase "lipstick on a pig" to my wife. The weirdest shower set up I had seen (didn't take a picture), it was built around a corner, essentially, so no curtain was needed, I guess? PLENTY of water pressure. And the largest microwave I've ever seen in a hotel room.
Quite a well equipped and large exercise room. Outside pool looked like it was permanently shut and it smelled like there was one inside, although I didn't open the door. We did not eat breakfast, but it seemed like the typical hotel breakfast.
So, overall if you know it's not going to be great, I guess it's fine. But I would tell my friends not to look elsewhere.

Overall, this is a decent location with decent service and a well-run facility. There are two things that I find noteworthy to single out for improvement. In the last year the lobby men's restroom has had a restroom facility that requires replacement of a urinal, that has not been fixed in a full year, and recently, a new breakfast nook worker seems to be unable to make the eggs without burning them every morning.
This and the pool has not been open during any of our stays, including the first week in June.

Terrible room absolutely disgusting smelled terrible hairs and stains all over the bedding. The heater made a grinding noise and sounded like it was gonna explode. The Mail receptionist guy behind the counter was talking nasty to my wife after I left outside absolutely terrible experience. I was gonna stay multiple nights, but after the first night, we ran for the hills to stay in another hotel. Absolutely advise against this place may be better than sleeping in a tent, but not much.

My stay started off on a very positive note—the staff was kind, professional, and accommodating, which I genuinely appreciated during the first few days of my 5-night stay.
However, on the third day, an unsettling situation occurred in the parking lot involving individuals who appeared to be loitering and dumping trash from a cart. It created a noticeable safety concern, which I reported to management. While I understand not everything is within their control, it did impact my overall sense of comfort.
On my final day, there was also an issue with breakfast service. It is typically available at 6:00 AM, but on this occasion it was delayed until around 7:00 AM. As someone working overnight shifts (7 PM–6 AM), timing is important, but I chose to be understanding and did not make an issue out of it.
Given those circumstances, I respectfully requested a modest late checkout extension to 1:30 PM to allow for proper rest. Unfortunately, that request was denied, and I was instead given only a brief window to prepare and leave. That response felt inconsistent with the level of hospitality shown earlier in my stay.
It’s disappointing, as I had been seriously considering returning for an extended stay over the next year due to work commitments—approximately $33,580 in potential business. Flexibility and consideration in moments like these go a long way in building long-term customer relationships.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the foundation for a great experience is clearly there. I make over $200,000 a year annually. This really disappointed me.
