  There is the young Asian girl look like under age .I swear to God she is a big scammer trying to miss lead me and making me to confuse. My return was $73 and she only give me$66 I did not count it till I walked out to my car . Came back and told this is not enough she is oh yeah because I don't have enough cash to give u back . I said we'll u did not even tell me that . then she start giving me the attitude that she think I am dumb . She is really rude and talk bull shit .I did not find the manger .I hope some body see my message . But I got my money back they guy with beard was nice and return my exact amount .

  I usually have a very good experience at this AutoZone but today, some Girl named Shaytarra Was so nasty and rude. Her excuse was I’m the only one that’s opening the store right now. I immediately left and just went to another location. I don’t care if you’re overwhelmed, You need to watch the way you speak to people. Customer service comes with working short staffed sometimes, doesn’t mean, take your frustration out on the customers so unprofessional. I was confused because she had all of the lights out at 10:28 AM and I didn’t even know if the store was open. I had to call to verify and then after a call She turned the lights on.

  They did an okay job the specific one I went to really didn't know what type of relay my car took and was just guessing so the service wasn't that good.

  I was ignored service but other customers who came in after me were taken care of while I stood at the counter. Then he walked away and I had to call for his attention only to listen to profanity from him when I asked why I was being ignored.
