  Very quick and thorough, but still pleasant and helpful conversation; straight and to the point. I find the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles, but the job and company workings. They're on the ball and always are there to help, not rush you to buy something, tell you to try a bunch of things before buying something. In it for customer service, and it shows! Please go to this store for all of your automotive and mechanical needs! It's excellent, nicely stocked, lots of selections and easily ordered parts. CONVO (For an example... Sorry I'm sure this will be a too long didn't read). Does battery 'A' fit car 'B?' Yes ?! Great! What is your return policy... I need either the main, auxiliary battery, or both replaced, but I have to go to Volvo to have them run VIDA diagnostics. You're selling a premium battery for $100 less that OEM and I'm out of warranty... If it's not the main I'm buying, can I return it and how long do I have to do so? Yes, as long as the battery isn't installed ever. You also have 45 days to return. Happily ready to go to the shop 5 days after I asked them to hold it, I picked it up with ease, double checked the policy and it was again, a quick and simple convo and faster ring out. .

  Excellent customer service! Verified that my battery still held a charge and explained that it's not uncommon for batteries to struggle to start during extremely cold periods.

  Employees are nice but not usually competent. Some of that is the computer system as the way it's set up is just a disaster.
