  I am fuming with anger as I write this review. Today, I purchased a Michael Kors watch from this store. The salesperson assured me that I would receive a fresh pack from the back when I checked out. However, when I got home and opened the box, I noticed that the watch was covered in scratches, had no protective seal, no original price tags, and I was unable to adjust the time. I realized that I had been given the display watch instead of a brand-new one. I was sold an old, damaged, and heavily handled item for $130. The watch had clearly been worn and touched by numerous customers. The least they could have done was inform me that they were out of stock and that I was being sold the display model before I made my purchase. This outlet is very far from me and I can’t make another hour and 30mins drive just to return this one item. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable!!

  The cashier had terrible service. I bought items totaling $135.16 and gave them $200.25, but they only gave me back $64.50—clearly a math error. How can someone with such poor arithmetic skills work as a cashier? It ruined my shopping experience completely. I didn't want to buy anything at all. To make matters worse, three employees argued among themselves about who was right. I won't be coming back. Next time you shop, please double-check that the change you receive is correct—this is just plain fraud. The service attitude was awful.

  The store has many options a women and mens section and overall staff was nice EXCEPT for one lady who I don’t correctly recall her name but I believe Elena. She was consistently behind me trying to make the sale and I felt like she was following me. It’s important to allow customers to let them browse specially if there are options and allow us to purchase and ask questions rather than feeling pressured. Please don’t follow your customers around.
