  This location started my Wingstop experience. From the first time I came here I have had really good experiences. I am sure all of the staff are good but there are 3 that I have to mention that always make my visit the best. I usually go on the weekends. While I wait for my order I like to observe the atmosphere. Julie at the register is always very friendly and patient not only with me but with every customer that comes in. Between taking orders and helping fill orders she washes her hands like 20 times in 10 minutes which is great because thats cleanliness and thats what people want. After I ordered my 30 wings I saw 2 new flavors and I asked her would I just be able to sample the flavors and she said yes. I was expecting to just taste the rub and was surprised that she brought me 2 wings with the flavors on them. Then I ordered 20 more wings with those flavors. Magda made my wings the first time I came in and she is the reason why I came back again and again. She started it all lol. She made my order just the way I asked and she actually remembers the way I like them and still makes them that way. When I come in I look for her and when she sees me she remembers me and I get that HUGE smile every time. I watch her and she is incredible. She just keeps going with a smile on her face. Lolita is very friendly and smiling. She is always running around doing something like a busy bee. Serving the public is not for everyone. But customer service is EVERYTHING and Julie, Magda and Lolita are very good at it. I watch them and how they work in the kitchen and interact with the customers and they are all very professional.

  Got my wingstop and there was flies in my drink I opened my cup and there was flies all around my cup I was devastated down to my knees in pain and agony I never thought this day would come where I would be giving one star to this establishment. Every time I see a fly I start to go in panic mode. I am very disappointed.im am leaving this review to let the fellow citizens of centereach know what to expect from this poor establishment.

  Fumbles the ball on the day of the big game. Scheduled an order to pick up today an hour and half before super bowl, I arrive and the store is completely mobbed (as expected) over 50-60 people waiting inside and out BUT they had no system or digital board for order status, they were just calling out names. I waited 20min outside and 30min inside, my order never got called and all the employees could tell me is they were working on my order. Never received my order. Will be calling for a refund tomorrow.

  My husband went to pick up our order. He approached the counter and without saying anything the man at the counter rudely said “no bathroom for you bro”. My husband surprised said “what? I’m here for a pick up.” I can only assume that based on appearance this worker thought my husband was going to ask to use the bathroom. He is very upset by this rude encounter and I implore you to train staff to be welcoming of all people. We will not be ordering from here again we’re very disappointed. You embarrassed him in front of your staff and other customers.
