  I had a great experience at this Subway location. The sub was perfectly made—everything was fresh, neatly put together, and it looked just as good as it tasted. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing. I was especially glad to see that this location actually participates in Subway’s promotions. The Oneida location never seems to honor them, which has always been frustrating. Being able to get any sub for $6.99 right now makes it absolutely worth it, especially with how expensive things have gotten. This was my first time visiting this particular Subway, and I left very satisfied. I don’t usually go to Subway because of the cost, but with the current deal and the quality I experienced here, I’ll definitely be coming back. Unfortunately I have to edit my review because after more visits to this location it has gone downhill. They have one employee working and that’s it all the time. If you place an online order for pickup I would give it 45 minutes bare minimum for it to be ready. I feel bad for the guy but not for the owner of this location. I cannot see this business being open much longer at this rate of performance. If the owner doesn’t care so be it but I hope he’s not surprised when it goes under.

  My mother and I went here for lunch and the woman first gave me a 6 inch Italian herb and cheese bread and it was hard. I asked her for a new one and the way she folded our subways was incorrect and our subs fell apart. Turkey and cucumbers were falling out and some of the bread was soggy. Won't be coming here again. They're very slow about service.
