  I didn't know what to do and Jack helped me. Not only did he show me my options but recommend the best product and explained why it was better and he even put the product in my car. He also told me what to tell my mechanic if I still had a problem. Thank you Jack for helping me out. You saved the day.

  Sadly, it appears we are living in a time when sharing knowledge and know-how will cost you big bucks simply because you don't know, or don't know how! This is definitely NOT the case with Advanced Auto on Eastern Blvd. in Canandaigua, NY. From my initial phone call to inquire about an air cabin filter for my vehicle with Dennis (something I didn't even know existed) to the young man Jordan who explained the what/why regarding this product all while instructing me through the actual step by step installation; this business model and its staff stands far above the rest. Professionalism, patience and courtesy from start to finish, and why I will continue returning to them over and over for my automotive questions and needs. Thank you so much Dennis & Jordan. And congrats Advanced Auto for a well-tuned operation.

  I wanted to get my battery tested but Because of the corrosion it made it difficult. Jack and Quintin went above and beyond to replace the terminals (??) so they could get an accurate read which only cost me $12 instead of a new battery. It is absolutely refreshing to know there is honestly in this world. Jack helped me with another issue last year. Thank you to both. I will continue to use this location Simcerely Kathryn Boehm
