  Horrible service. They force me to purchase tape from them to seal the package whereas the package already got It's own seal, the guy told me to purchase tape anyway without knowing about the label and seal of the box, he even didn’t care to ask any other employees how to do it but made sure first that I must buy the tape. I bought it and then another employee came and figure out the label and seal the package for him. So I told him I don’t need the tape anymore and he said I have to keep it and refused to return back my money and started argue with me. Then another person came and took care of me and guess what no one even bother to say a simple sorry for all of this.

  I’ve come here a few times for Amazon returns, and all the staff I’ve encountered here have been incredibly kind, helpful, and seem to genuinely enjoy working here. Also used their notary public service (call ahead for hours for the notary public). This store has become one of my favorite errands to visit:)
