  My cold-chain required package was jeopardized by the sender with many mistakes but Gabby was so helpful with me to save it, beyond expectations. She patently listened my concerns on multiple phone calls, helped me figuring the things out. After all, my package got saved thanks to her!

  In recent weeks, I needed help with upgrading my short term rental business. FEDEX on Delaware Ave & Hertel Ave was the answer! I am a bit technically challenged, but with great help and support from GABBY, my problems were easily resolved. She was extremely kind and helpful. In turn, I was able to print and laminate signage that I use for my cherished guests. Kudos to FEDEX and their wonderful staff. I highly recommend FEDEX, and look forward to taking advantage of their guidance with future projects.
