Called to ask a simple question and was put on hold for 14 minutes. I hung up and called back and dude was like “uhhh yea I think so?” And put me on hold again. Worst customer service.

Music was playing so loudly over a portable speaker I could not hear the clerk. It took about 5 "what's" before she told the person in the back to turn down the music. When I explained to the clerk I had earlier made double payments and now was being charged a late fee she looked in the computer saying she couldn't see past December.
