    My first late-night experience at this Wingstop location was disappointing. Even though the store was still open until 3 AM and I arrived before 2AM, I stood at the front counter for around 15 minutes calling for assistance before anyone came up. The person who finally came to the counter was the night manager, and instead of taking accountability, he shifted blame during multiple interactions. The second late night visit I specifically asked for boneless wings but was initially given bone-in wings instead. When I returned to explain the mistake, the night manager did replace the order, but he gave me attitude and immediately denied that I had asked for boneless instead of simply handling the situation professionally. Unfortunately, after eating the replacement garlic parmesan wings and blue cheese, I became very sick within about an hour, including vomiting and diarrhea. It was serious enough that I reported the incident the next day. I do want to specifically acknowledge Crystal for her professionalism and empathy. She took the situation seriously, documented everything carefully, took photos of the order information, confirmed the payment method, and processed my refund without any hassle. She was calm, respectful, apologetic, and handled the situation appropriately. Crystal provided the kind of customer service this location needs more of. The late-night management experience, however, needs significant improvement.

    The service is really bad. I waited a very long time before someone even took my ORDER, despite the establishment being completely empty. I looked over the counter and not a soul was there. I kept asked "Hello?" in hopes someone would hear me but no one did for a while. I was about to walk out when someone finally came. If you cannot hear when customers enter, just get a bell for the door or something, please...They do have a single bench for seating, but no restroom or wifi. They also had some nice visuals for the spiciness level of their sauces and the menu was easy to read and understand. The chicken tenders were pretty good. They were coated in sauce but still crispy, hot, and fresh. The spicy korean sauce was nice, but I wouldn't get it again. It wasn't anything crazy and I'd rather try something else. The french fries were pretty good as well, although they were too salty for me. They were still crispy and had other seasonings I enjoyed, though the cut was a tad too thick for me. The ranch was decent, I prefer thicker ranches. The portion they give you is nice. The drink was okay as well, standard drink. The way they packaged it was a bit frustrating. I understand that if a fast food restaurant has a place to sit, they might not wrap everything up and enclose it in a container, but there's no tables here.. and nowhere to eat. They just put my french fries in (in a plate), and some of them had fallen out. A closed box would be much nicer. They also did not give me ANY napkins which is annoying because there's no way to eat something so saucy without needing napkins. They also gave me a single ketchup packet which was pointless because it wasn't enough for the fries. I'm very grateful they gave me a fork, though, because I wouldn't be able to eat the chicken fingers without one. Edit: This time the service was better as in the wait was shorter, but the person who took my order was very hard for me to understand. I got the same thing as last time but with the atomic sauce, and it was honestly disgusting and barely even spicy. This time they gave me NO ketchup but gave me a wipe (still no napkins!) Same packaging problems as last time. Also, the labels at the drink fountain are TINY and I thought the Minute Made was for apple juice, not lemonade. I asked for apple juice and the guy just said "what?" Just say you don't have it next time..

    Today, while working as a delivery driver, I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. During an active delivery, I urgently needed to use the restroom. However, the staff refused me access without any valid explanation. This behavior is a direct violation of NYC regulations, which clearly state that delivery workers have the right to use a business’s restroom while picking up orders. Despite this, the staff completely ignored my request and treated me in a disrespectful and inhumane manner. Such treatment toward delivery drivers—who directly support their business—is unacceptable. A formal complaint has already been submitted through Uber’s delivery driver quality and control team. I do not recommend this establishment due to their lack of basic respect and disregard for the law.
