Just got back from Wingstop. It was my second time going there and it will be my last. The woman working there was alone and while I understand feeling overwhelmed, taking that out on customers is unacceptable. She didn't bother to greet me when I arrived. I stood in front of her for a few minutes and watched her type, sour faced, into her phone. I waited until she acknowledged me, and after staring at her for a while she finally asked me for my order without making eye contact - still no welcome or hello to be found. As I have only eaten here once before, I had questions, and she very impatiently responded. She was curt, brusque, and unfriendly and when she gave me my receipt, my thank you was met with silence.
A gentleman came after me who she seemingly knew and she expressed how hard she was trying to not let anyone piss her off. She should have tried harder as it seemed like she was mad at the entire world to me. I know life happens and people call out and leave co-workers stranded, but if you can't keep a professional demeanor you don't need to be in customer service. Suffice to say, I will not be back. To the supermarket I go to spend way less than $18 for my future wings. Lesson learned.
Service was terrible, lady in the front had an attitude with everyone, it took way too long to give me my food and when i got it, it was the wrong order so i had to go back and get my ACTUAL order.
Can't compare , the employees in this facility work very hard and do their very best to handle the rush hours
I went in there about 20 mins ago and everyone there had on no gloves . They are putting the wings into the boxes with no gloves . I’m disgusted && scared to even touch the wings . I’m irritated .
