  Order the hot honey BBQ dry rub or something like that. The chicken was sitting in a puddle of oil and what I imagine was the seasoning at the bottom. The chicken was flavorless, bland, baked, bare.

  I order from this location frequently and typically spend a significant amount on each order. Unfortunately, almost every time I pick up my food, I encounter rude customer service. I am always polite and respectful, so I do not believe this is a result of my behavior as a customer. In addition, on several recent orders, I have either received less than what I ordered or the food was not cooked as requested. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, which is why I have continued to return. However, I cannot continue spending my money at a place that is consistently rude. Being polite and treating customers with respect costs nothing, and it goes a long way toward building customer loyalty.

  I ordered food for pick up, while waiting on my order I watch this guy scratch his behind and adjust himself all while handing out food. Minutes later he and another guy came from the back with trash bags. They set the trash at the curb and came back in the other guy got the mop to continue cleaning, this guy got behind the counter and started handing out food. I approached the counter and quietly asked him to wash his hands or put gloves on (like the other 3 men did). He refused and started yelling and speaking in another language.

  I'm hooked on the Lemon Pepper wings. Haven't had then in a while so these were good. Could have had a bit more lemon pepper though.
