  First off, I want to say that I don't even leave bad reviews ever but the African lady at the register is very Nasty to customers and rude and always seems to have an attitude whenever I come in. I never feel welcomed when I visit. I make an effort to be polite and say hello, but she usually ignores me and doesn’t respond. On my most recent visit, I asked her to explain how the meal deals worked because I was unfamiliar with them. Instead of explaining the options, she only gave me a price without answering my question. Than just says in an annoyed voice "you wanna get the meal deal or not" Customer service should make customers feel welcome and informed, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I won't be returning here until something's done about this.

  Dingy run down building with terrible cashiers who will have you waiting to order for 10 minutes just to tell you to order online. Complete waste of time for overpriced subpar "chicken". With the many food options on Flatbush I couldn't imagine why you'd choose to eat here.

  I was a bit worried because of the 3.3/5 Google rating but they had a 4.8/5 on seamless. Glad I gave it a shot. I got the 6 piece crispy Tender meal for 2. My order was correct and the chicken was tasty, fresh and crispy. I did not choose the well done option, but kinda curious how that would be. Little extra crispy couldn’t hurt.
