  I had a couple of things I had to take care of at the UPS store, one of them was fingerprinting. Sanna immediately took me over to the fingerprinting station and flawlessly took care of my fingerprints. I also had the return of a few packages. I wasn’t fully prepared for one of the returns and she very patiently helped me get organized for the return. The professional and friendly customer service that I received in this very busy store in the biggest city in America was very impressive. You can walk in to many places nowadays and experience the decline in customer service, but that is not the case at this store—Sanna sets the bar for good customer service. Thank you, Sanna. I’m going to miss sweet interactions like this in my neighbor when I move from here. 😊

  The reason I always prefer this place because it’s close to my house but now it’s enough to bear employees rude and disrespectful behave always late opening store I found staple best in this area hours and staff behavior is very professional,quick and respectful.

  The store is very efficient and I feel safe working with them and leaving boxes and documents for shipping. They have a photocopier, notary, shipping supplies and very helpful individuals working at the store.
