Horrible customer service. I had 5 QR code Amazon labels for about 15 shoes. I had everything organized, so we could scan the QR return code, take out the shoes, put them in a bag, and move onto the next return. Instead, the guy (with glasses), said to take out all the shoes and put them on the counter. I did so, thinking we would just scan the QR code. Nope. He then said, now I must find the shoes and match up with the return label. I said the approach I had was organized and much easier. He said easiness is "subjective." Not when it is optimized for speed and efficiency. He then began to bag them up, and after 2 said, you can do it now. I am not supposed to do this. UPS, the unemployment rate is around 4%, you can find someone that fits the customer service description, with a big focus on friendliness and helpfulness. Not snark, laziness, and some superiority complex.

Staff is so nice!!! Saw me looking through the retail section and noticed what I needed and just offered me something in replacement. My go to PO store!
The dark-skinned Black guy with glasses is consistently dismissive, unwelcoming, and at times, low-key rude. During my most recent visit, he made me bag my own return, which was just two small locks, and then told me that next time I should have my phone set to a certain brightness before I reached the counter. Meanwhile, I was already busy bagging the items, so when did I have time I to adjust my phone? Bagging the return is also HIS job.
On top of that, after waiting more than 10 minutes per customer ahead of me, there wasn’t even a simple “Thank you for waiting.” Instead, I was met with impatience and a rude attitude. After watching him give particular customers all the patience.
I’ve also noticed that he treats certain customers much more pleasantly than others. He always seems to rush me, yet he’ll let those particular customers stand at the counter for 10 to 20 minutes while they ask questions, change their minds, search for QR codes, and generally come to the counter unprepared, even when there’s a LONGGG line behind them.
I’ve experienced similar treatment from other employees at this location as well. On one occasion, I was told to step aside until I had all of my QR codes ready. Yet I’ve watched those same particular customers be allowed to stand at the counter for extended periods while they searched for QR codes or figured things out without being asked to move & let them take someone else. It feels like the standards are applied differently depending on who the customer is.
Because of these repeated experiences, I do not enjoy visiting this location and will be looking for another one. The only reason I’ve continued coming here is because the Jay Street location closed.
0/10 would not recommend!
