  I never really leave reviews, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences here with one worker who seems to always be there. He has some authority because the others ask him questions, but he is incredibly rude and dismissive. I ask him a clarifying question because I don’t understand what he’s saying, and he snaps back saying he was being very clear. Just unprofessional and rude for no reason. I didn’t leave a review last time because I gave him grace (maybe he was having a bad day) but he is consistently rude.

  After I found out by surprise that the ups on 400 jay street had locks on its doors 😵 I had to find the on court street luckily for me I had my sneakers on I humped down to Brooklyn heights after what seemed like a thousand blocks finally found my destination and was not impressed but Amazon was getting that return back one way or another after feeling invisible 🫥 for a minute I was adknowledged finally and got my package scanned for return dry vibe definitely can leave it rather than take it

  Biggest rip off charged me 31$ to buy a box and wrap it in bubble rap an do a t mobile return did not tell person that they were going to cost so much I don't mind buying the box but$19 to wrap and put in the box criminal avoid the crooked shop rip off

  Took a few Amazon returns here. Guy got the barcodes mixed up and blamed it on me. Was throwing the boxes into the corner. I also had a brand new item in box and he got upset that I didn’t take it out. They prob don’t care about getting low reviews but would avoid this store if you can
