  The staff are so nice and helpful! You can print here and drop off packages. They also have packing supplies and charge $1 for taping if you need the box closed

  $4.54 to print a PREPAID shipping label Avoid this location for its **PRICE GOUGING** there’s another printing store on Bedford / N 4th that ships UPS Breaking down the line items to show how ridiculous this **PRICE GOUGING** is: $3.00 — for the ability to print $0.16 — to use their precious black and white ink $1.00 — so that VJ could have the permission and privilege to use their mediocre tape dispenser to tape my prepaid shipping label

  I was returning an expensive computer through Amazon and I saw them put the label on someone else’s box. when I called them out on it they acted like nothing was wrong. Avoid returning expensive Amazon purchases at this location unless it is boxed and labeled.

  Very unprofessional and disappointing experience at The UPS Store #5673. I came into this location with a prepaid UPS shipping label to send documents. The shipment required the label to be secured to the package, but I was told that the store did not have the appropriate shipping pouches/envelopes available and that I would need to pay for tape in order to secure my label. My concern was not simply the cost of tape. My concern was that a UPS-branded shipping location did not have basic supplies available to properly handle a routine prepaid UPS shipment, yet the responsibility for their lack of supplies was placed entirely on me. When I questioned this, I was told that I was responsible for bringing the materials I needed. The customer service made the situation even more disappointing. Rather than attempting to offer a reasonable solution or acknowledge that the store was out of needed supplies, the interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. I was also surprised by the manager’s presentation. She appeared to be wearing extremely short shorts rather than what I would consider appropriate professional attire for someone managing a UPS Store location. I have a photograph documenting what I observed. My concern is not about anyone’s personal clothing choices, but when you are representing and managing a national brand, professionalism and ensuring that your location is properly stocked and prepared to serve customers should be priorities. I regularly handle document shipments and have used UPS locations many times. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. Store #5673 needs better attention to inventory, customer service, problem solving, and professional management.
