  Brought a tiny package to send a free return to Bloomingdale’s. Had a QR code. The guy - Tim extremely rude - said “it’s not packaged well, it’s going to be $1” OK. Even though there shouldn’t be any fee, according to instructions. I hand it to him, he slaps about 8”-10” piece of tape on it and a return label (paid by Bloomingdale’s). I asked if this was his “special” packaging and asked for receipt. He says then it’s $1.09 with tax. What is this? His lunch fund? I called Bloomingdale’s - they were appalled!!! BTW I did not leave my package. Even USPS will stick a piece of tape on your package!!!

  Went in for a quick printing job. 9 pages. Sent it to the email of the store, as you'd do it at any other UPS in NYC. The uninterested employee said he couldn't print it for me, because they only print up to 5 pages of files received via email. (????). He asked me to use their computer, log into my email, and print, so he could charge me a $3 fee. Only UPS I've seen this. I struggled to log into my account and the dude just kept scrolling on his phone. If he can print 5 pages, why couldn't he just send 4 pages more? What difference does it make? Where is this policy coming from? Ridiculous. Left without printing anything because I couldn't log into my account in their computer. Slowed my morning. Never coming back.
