look, I get it. times are tough, everyone’s gotta hustle, all hail the mighty dollar, etc.
but charging three american dollars for a single piece of packing tape is truly diabolical.
but until they put the kibosh on this skulduggery, feel free to use this tape i left there gratis.

I had to ship a package to someone, and this was my first time using UPS to ship something whereas I would usually go to the post office. I had no idea that these prices were astronomical. I had an Amazon box, less than 2 by 2, weighing less than 5 lbs. I explicitly said I do not mind how long the package takes to get there, I am not in a rush even if it is a holiday weekend. But paying $65 is astronomical. The older gentleman was at least kind, but in the end there was a young man (similar to a military cut with a mustache and goatee) was being snobby and looking at me as if I was stupid claiming prices were the same everywhere because it was a holiday weekend. Again, I explicitly said I am not in a rush, and I feel like there were other options I could've taken. Being rude and giving me looks, bad service. I would've left, but unfortunately as I was short on time to ship it out.
Think twice about your staff if they are going to look at customers as if they are incompetent, when they try to put in a username and password 5+ times where they can't seem to read that there was an uppercase letter involved.
Never again.

I pre-paid for a return shipping label from a vendor. The 2 guys at the store refused to print the label and had me use their computer to log in to my email to print labels. Then they tell me their is a charge to use their printer because they refused to scan the barcode on my phone. Then they charged me to use their protective label holder. I brought my own tape, but they gave me more BS saying their delivery driver does not accept my black colored tape, giving be BS that they won't accept it unless I use their tape. Then they charged me another $6 for their labor to stick a piece of tape on the box.
I paid extra to the guys running scams at UPS on top of what I already paid for a pre-paid shipping label.
