  Do not go here. I went to the UPS today to return Amazon items. There were no customers in the store worker there was incredibly rude. Told me I had to bag my own items and then he didn’t give me enough bags Wjen i pointed this out he said he woild give me more ince I bagged the first ines He continhed to be extremely rude complaining he was busy. They are not the only place in town to return Amazon packages. You can go to the UPS on 5th Ave Staples Whole Foods don’t go here.

  Horrible Horrible customer service. I've been going to this location for years, because it's convenient for me. But after my experience this week, I will never ship with this location again.

  The service at this UPS store used to be a little inconsistent--prices for the same service or item sometimes varied by visit and wait times could be long. Though the staff was always (mostly) friendly. More recently, the service has become consistently good. Lines move quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful--and still friendly. Glad to have this store in our neighborhood.
