  I’ve been going to this UPS store for a couple of years, mostly to drop off Amazon returns, and I’m consistently impressed. Even though it’s often busy, service is friendly and very efficient. It’s clear how hard they work to keep up with demand. My favorite part is that they consistently open right on time, so often I arrive just before opening time — sure enough, at exactly 8 AM the lights come on, the door opens, and someone steps out to greet those of us waiting outside with a smile and “good morning.“ So glad this place exists!

  The man with the link lock who works here is rude and distasteful. He is also a liar. He said he was the manager and he is not. Additionally his account of what took place when he left customers who arrived before 7:50 is inaccurate and was publicly posted online. The store closes at 7:50 but there were mixed messaging and instead of making messaging more clear and offering grace to customers in the line, he continued to disregard the dual reality of their miscommunication.

  I walked 20 minutes to this UPS just to find out the services were down. They told me to come back another day and I asked how would i know if services are up or down on that day? They said to give a call. I called on another day and no one picked up after multiple calls. They could at least update on Google so we can see the status of the store that day. People work, have kids, and some of us find it hard to even find time to make it to the post office.

  I always go here to return all of my Amazon packages. The staff here is very quick efficient and always on point. It’s a very small store so you may have to wait, but the service is really exceptional with the amount of inventory they are processing. A young man helped me tonight, purple shirt! You are always so kind.

  I have visited this business more than a few times I remember during covid restrictions I believe it was one or two people at a time could be in the store. Now it's 3 and it's good because it's a small space for such a busy store. I had to use the computer and print forms and fax the forms. Two male employees stood out one had dreads/braids he continued to check if I needed assistance. The other personally helped me with my business. He had star glitter markings on his face.
