Long line that only allows 2 people inside at a time, everyone else must stand outside. Never seen a UPS store like that

Been coming to this location for ~5 years and the staff never disappoints - always patient and courteous, no matter how long the line or what the weather's like. Great customer service every time, which I imagine isn't always easy for a busy shop like this.

One of the rudest locations ever. The way some of the staff talks to customers should be a crime! Every time I go there, I’m reminded why I go out of my way to go to knickerbocker or just return at whole foods if I can. Never again!

The place is pretty small, so only 3 people are allowed in at the same time. And the rest must remain outside, regardless of the weather. Parking is very difficult to find and be sure to bring your items packed and ready to go. Because they will sell you everything. Tape, boxes, envelopes, string. They will nickle and dime you for sure. This location is horrible. 😫
