  i dropped off my package here and waited a few days and my package hasnt moved the last scan when i dropped it off here at 93rd st, i asked the guy he said he was there that the ups driver had picked up the package on friday which was march 20 @4pm so i filed a claim and i sent all the evidence pics of actual drop off receipt the images of actual item and box with label attached on it, i always take a pictures of my item and box and everything for evedince but they said my document is still not complete om my file, its either the employee at the store who took it or the driver coz that was the last scan. idk how u guys fix this kind of problem if u guys talk to ur employees in house or to the driver and look through the camera, so it wont happen again. people still be stealing package shi crazy. and i always use this UPS store .

  They are chronically understaffed, but the employees are helpful, efficient, and patient.

  The store was very clean and dealt with the line super fast! I was greeted when I came in and the worker David helped me do all my Amazon returns and even taught how to switch the code to the ups store code!
