  Brought in 3 items to ship. The manager handled the shipment and then inadvertently sent two items to incorrect addresses. I came in to file an insurance claim for the now missing package, the manager handled submitting the details of my claim which determined that the items in question were delivered successfully despite ending up in cities 2000 miles away from the destinations for which I paid. Claim denied, out several hundred dollars including the money I spent on the upgraded insurance to cover the value of the packages. Absolutely no recourse. I requested to be contacted by a UPS representative above the store level as I find it troubling that the manager can handle the details of the claim that she messed up and received an email from said manager saying she just wanted to let me know that she doesn't make the determination. While it's true she doesn't deny my final claim, she's the one who handled all of the details of the claim and spoke to their claims department which caused the claim to be denied.

  People did not give this UPS fair scoring. They were very helpful and patient with me. Robyn especially took her time in doing each return. Would use this UPS again.
