    Truly the worst UPS Store in the country. Was berated for asking a follow-up question about how / when my item would be packed. Lo and behold, it was irreparably damaged while in their care. I've avoided this place like the plague; shame on me for not maintaining that policy with this latest shipment.

    Some of the staff are horrible. The man who helps me is wonderful- 3 stars for him. I don’t understand why people inflict their misery on others.

    I’ve had a mailbox at this location for ten years. As the only UPS store servicing the heart of park slope it is very busy, but the owner Camille is always available for my shipping and notary needs.
