  The team at this store is so kind, patient and helpful. So lucky it’s a couple blocks away from me I do all my shipping here.

  Avoid visiting this store!!!! If you find it open you will think you are lucky because they close randomly and don’t follow business hours, but not. If it is open they either don’t have supplies (they are always sold out of boxes, tapes, paper), the printer is not working, system is down or they don’t accept Amazon returns, or if they do is under a nonsense policy of everything in a clear plastic bag which it becomes a problem when the returns items are fragile and you even need the original packaging of some stuffs to get your refund. I don’t know why this store names UPS if it has different policies of a UPS store. I feel like they just don’t want to work, they ended up sending me to another location. The new management is worse than the old.

  I really tried to be understanding and reasonable with this store; but very disappointed with this UPS Store experience. Amazon clearly stated my return was “free, no box, no label needed,” and UPS was supposed to handle the packaging and shipping process. However, the staff refused to take the item unless I provided extra packaging myself, or I returned without the original packaging (knowing that this is GLASS!!!) which completely contradicts the return instructions provided by Amazon. It was frustrating, confusing, and a waste of time (especially when I was with my baby, and they wanted me to walk to a different store) If UPS participates in Amazon’s return program, the process should be handled consistently and according to the instructions customers receive.
