  New management has really turned this location around. The staff are so welcoming, competent and efficient. The store is no longer a mess. Love the total 180!

  Great turnaround. Went to the store this week and got an item notarized on the spot with no appointment- 2 minutes, in and out. Fully staffed, with additional desks and help available. Friendly and helpful. Completely different experience than coming here the last few years with new management in place. Nicely done.

  Ever since this UPS came under new management, it has been fantastic. Open when they’re supposed to be, space is clean and inviting, and everyone is friendly and efficient. Additionally, I recently came in with a somewhat special request - I wanted my bar exam prep books to be spiral bound, requiring them to rip out the glued spine and replace with a coil. I read online that a lot of places like Staples and FedEx offer/offered these services at some point in time, but that many did not anymore. I thought to try my local UPS store. They told me that though they couldn’t do it in-house, they could go off-site and have them done in just a few days. And they did (all for about $6-$7 a book)! They had to split two of the bigger books in half (totally fine by me), and they went above and beyond to photocopy the cover of the books and add the photocopies as covers on the back halves. Having these spiral bound makes my stressful studying so much easier. Shoutout to Kavi and the rest of the team. 10/10 experience, I’m so pleased!

  This store was previously a nightmare but there’s a new owner and everyone is trying hard and really nice. A completely different experience

  I have been going to the UPS store for years and I always prepare myself to be in a line of 10+ people… Sometimes even waiting outside the building. Since new management has taken over coming to this UPS location has been so seamless and easy whatever the new Management is doing is working.
