  The most patient UPS staff in all of Brooklyn. We got there at 730 and they closed at 8pm. This will be my go to UPS location. Easy pull up to the curb with parking out front too.

  Incredibly rude man receiving packages from walk-ins. If you have a code for them to scan to attach the label (this is an option by the way) and don’t have it on the package, the attitude is: “I don’t mess with you.” Excuse me?

  Absolutely horrible customer service. The female associate who helped me was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She conveniently wasn’t wearing a name tag and refused to give her name when asked. Even more concerning, the other associates refused to identify her as well. If you’re going to treat customers that poorly, at least have the accountability to put your name behind your behavior. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS location.
