  UPS rang our bell, I buzzed in under a minute, they did not have any patience and left a missed delivery slip which said our package would be here. My partner went and they said it had to get shipped back to the original location just to get shipped to them down the road. I went and showed ID (same as address on package) and they refuse to give me MY PACKAGE because the name is my partner. There is no option for her to give my name for them to give this to me and she cannot pick up due to working. Zero problem solving and zero customer service skills.

  Is second time I go there for my other babes passport and the Chinese lady is super amazing super fast and super clear Thousand thank you for your service Both times we wanted to give her a tip but unfortunately it was not allowed Great one❤️

  Posting a picture of the policies on the front desk of the store for others to use in the future. Store had just 1 employee working at 5:45 on a Monday. He was very helpful and assisted me in printing my return label. Giving 4 stars mainly due to the $1 charge for printing my label. I don’t have a printer and have never been charged for the service when shipping a return at FedEx. Don’t agree with the store policy but appreciate that it was pretty hassle-free otherwise.

  Total chaos and a lack of respect for customers at this branch. There are constantly huge lines, yet only one of the three service windows is open. The staff has absolutely no idea how to interact with people; they respond to inquiries about tracking a package with rudeness. Does the company's management actually monitor this branch's operations? The service is stuck in the last century. Until you change your attitude toward customers, your services are simply unusable.
