  Total chaos and a lack of respect for customers at this branch. There are constantly huge lines, yet only one of the three service windows is open. The staff has absolutely no idea how to interact with people; they respond to inquiries about tracking a package with rudeness. Does the company's management actually monitor this branch's operations? The service is stuck in the last century. Until you change your attitude toward customers, your services are simply unusable.

  There was only one girl there doing everything , my son said he was the only one customer there she did her utmost best to take care of him

  They manage the packages well but what's with the attitude? The girls working there don't posses the most basic customer service skills- hello, thanks, goodbye? Something? Why so angry

  I waited in line for over 15 minutes, while the attendant was helping a costomer with a different matter not pertaining to UPS.
