  Make sure to tape your box if not they going to charge you for that.

  Amazon clearly states on their return instructions that this selected location “NO SHIPPING BOX REQUIRED” This location however charges you for a shipping box in direct opposition to Amazon instructions. All my items were in its original manufacturer packaging, they however refused to accept my return because they wanted payment for shipping boxes.

  My experience with this store was not good at all. I dropped off a package, and it sat there for nearly eight days. I made the mistake of not checking the tracking, and—to make matters worse—they didn't even offer me a solution regarding the shipment. The young woman working there tried to justify the situation by claiming that my package had gotten misplaced somewhere inside the store, which was why it hadn't been handed over to the courier service. The service was abysmal.

  I came 15 minutes before closing thinking i had time but i messed up and needed new labels to be created by amazon which took 45 minutes, meanwhile Attiya was so nice and waited over half hour past closing time as i sorted myself out Customer Service is absolutely awesome!!
