    I had clear written instructions from Verizon for how to return my wifi equipment through a UPS store, but this store would not follow the simple outlined process. They demanded an order number that does not exist anywhere in the return instructions, and which I was not able to receive from Verizon before moving out of state. I recommend finding any other option for shipping and printing in the neighborhood. For Verizon specifically, return your equipment directly to one of their stores if feasible.

    I had a great experience at this UPS store. The proprietor was very gracious and went out of his way to accomodate.

    The employees are notoriously late to open the store, specifically on Wednesdays. Supposed to open at 9am- I have waited past 9:30am and they still haven’t arrived more than once.
