  This place lost a $600 jacket once The 2nd incident, i came to have my packagw weighed for drop off but I was told they don’t show a weight on prepaid label. I called all the ups around this area and they said otherwise.

  If you want to print something go to any other location. They charge you to use their computer. You can’t just email it to the ups store email. If I knew before would’ve went to a different location

  Can't believe the employes have such negative customer service Then again I can understand been enclosed for hours can make you loose The sparkle Once had when started The job, But been kind is not difficult, Then again if the customer brings a negative energy or arrogance,I agreed beed received with same energy , But if a customer come To your store in a kind respectful way Well Just be cool with such customers 🙏🙏 Wish all the best
