  Morning employee is 8 minutes late and extremely rude. Cannot print cannot do anything that other workers regulator for me coming up with random excuses, just to not do the work and be rude. The computer she force people to use because she don’t want to do her job and pretend it’s broken. He’s extremely slow which make you charge more because you have to spend an hour there. if you are coming to get anything done, pick any other point than this one this is extremely horrible. Young latino/asian woman in glasses October 8 8:00am.

  I came to the store before they opened. Before offering to wait I asked for various alternatives. First I was told there was no internet to process the QR code that I have wait for their technician. Who wouldn’t be in until 9:15a.. The time now is 9:13a est standard. When I checked the status of the QR code. It says I can also process the return at the local post office. My time was wasted, when theirs all could have been avoided. An hour goes by and I have to keep checking with the clerk, not the other way around. Just an empty line and empty servicemen. Thank Goodness I took the initiative to leave.
