  I used to go to this Subway/Café several times in 2005-2006 when I went to Kingsborough Community College, back then it was Subway/Grocery but the environment was comfortable and cozy so I enjoyed eating here after classes.

  bad, terrible customer service, the cashier is very disrespectful and she had a lot piercings on her face. i was scared one of them would fall in my food... she got an attitude because I asked her not to put vinger in my food. she kept talking over my food and then tried to fight me! i asked for a manager and there was no manger nor supervisor to resolve my issues.... they have poor customer service ....! don't go there!

  U have to monitor lack of changing gloves, they handle money & cards touch the screen in a transactions then go straight to handling your sandwich. Other than that food is fresh & sitting is good

  I like this subway a lot. It's a very clean and friendly place BUT they are always closed when I come at 9 pm. Their open time is until 10 pm so I'm confused why it's always closed at 9. Other than the confusion between the closing time this subway is good.
