Zero starts , always give me a hard time and I need an id to pick up my food wen I ordered in store don’t come . Customer service horrible.

I order online to avoid waiting and everytime they wait until I get there to start making it. WHY DO I HAVE TO SHOW ID EVERYTIME I ORDER ON THE APP!!!

I think I was racially profiled by the subway employee. I ordered for pickup, when I got there, the worker looked me dead in the eyeballs and told me I need government id to pick up my food!! A half of sandwich!!! I need my id to pick up food!!! I've NEVER heard of such a policy. I'll be contacting the BBB to see if this is really a thing.

Dont go here. Staff was rude and the ID policy makes NO SENSE. I have the mobile order with me in hand loading and everything stating my full name and the order that was on the receipt that printed when the order came through. The card I paid with was present and yet still, I was not allowed to get my sandwich. Now if it were just that it wouldn't be that bad but they had my order for 20 minutes and waited till I showed the ID to make the sandwich. Meanwhile they made someone else's order while my order request sat on the table to his left. The point of a mobile order is to be able to pick it up WHEN I ARRIVE. Literally pointless if I order it and have to wait for them to make it while I'm there.
