    Ordered Online…. Worst decision of my experience it’s like Coney Island area sucks when it comes trying to order food. Workers do not read simple instructions. Ordered a one sandwich and a BMT that had jalapeños,pickles,lettuce with just Honey Mustard and Mayo… I received a spicy dry Sandwich … (Not even a smidge of condiment) it’s like i understand a job is tiring but if you can’t handle it, Quit Truly. Coney Island needs to better. (40$) down the drain truly.

    I ordered the veggie sub and it was bread I think they forgot the veggie. 10.00 for a sub with no veggies all sauce and bread. Their slogan should be “always disappointing” find a Jersey Mike’s!

    This was a complete nightmare. I placed my order online and arrived 30 minutes later, expecting it to be ready. When I got there, my order had not even been started. I would understand if the store was busy — but it was completely empty. There was no line and no rush. There is simply no excuse for not starting an online order in that situation. On top of that, they don’t begin preparing any order until the customer arrives and provides an ID. Regardless of the order type, they just wait. Is that even legal? What is the point of online ordering if nothing is prepared in advance? This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience.
