  Such a great experience after the management change it’s like a whole new store. The food is fresh. The staff is nice and overall an amazing experience.

  This franchisee branch is slowly becoming the WORST to order food. This place needs to be completely rebranded by a new franchisee. First, They don’t have anymore breakfast options at this branch. Also, item displayed on the menu board are also no longer available for purchase. Secondly, no tables or chairs are available to eat or sit, however, it is wheelchair accessible. Other issues with this restaurants are the debit card machine breaks down at time so be prepare to bring cash and there is no ATM inside down so you have to take out money at the nearest ATM. This branch also doesn't take coupons. Always only 1-2 employees working which is not enough especially when more customers start filling up the restaurants. My advice try ordering online & get it delivered or pickup at a different establishment. This branch is a dub.

  I went to buy a sandwich the lady was sitting outside in a chair and refused to go inside to serve me she saw and just sat there I walked back out never seen nothing like that. Then you're outside in all in the dust then going to go back inside over meat and serve disgusting I will never go inside there!!!

  I did not want to do this but you are not going to play in my face like I'm a damn fool. Okay so I ordered my sub and when it was time to pay I handed Janice my coupon she tell me they don't accept coupons none of the locations do. I said I use them all the time in Harlem so what's the problem then says to me read it. It's not my fault you got a line and have to make sandwiches. As if the money coming out of her pay check.
