  I mistakenly placed an order for pick up rather than delivery on March 31st. I contacted the store several times to cancel the order but no one answered the phone. I could not leave work to pick up the order so I waited a few hours, expecting the order to be canceled. It was marked as picked up, and I contacted customer support who never contacted me back. I've been playing tag with customer support since April 7th, who has yet to escalate the situation.

  Food is not fresh. I work in the area and ate there a few times and each time the food taste old. I manage a fast food restaurant I know what I’m taking about. And this location doesn’t sell the soups, both broccoli & cheddar and chicken noodle. The workers are very kind & keeps the store clean, just wish the food was as good as the employees.

  I love going to subway and taking my time to eat fresh any time I have an opportunity to. I enjoy eating there meatball marinara sandwich on Sundays. it is a must have and even though they have a quite delectable and fulfilling menu, I encourage people to go and try to visit a subways and try some thing, I am sure that you will not disappointed.
