I mistakenly placed an order for pick up rather than delivery on March 31st. I contacted the store several times to cancel the order but no one answered the phone. I could not leave work to pick up the order so I waited a few hours, expecting the order to be canceled. It was marked as picked up, and I contacted customer support who never contacted me back.
I've been playing tag with customer support since April 7th, who has yet to escalate the situation.

If I was able to give a negative 100% on this location I would, I went to the site at 9:47am. Location was still not opened even though it was suppose to be open at 9am. This is not the first or second time this location has opened up late. I Seen someone go into the site and when I went to the door, the lights where off as if site was completely closed. It was a frustrating experience especially being in the customer service field.
