  I visited on 02/05/26 with my cousin. The first employee ( older looking man) was on the phone even while I was standing in front of him waiting to order. He eventually signaled that he was ready, but he continued talking on the phone while taking my order and was speaking over me while I was trying to order.even when stating “ you shouldn’t be on the phone while taking an order” he ignored me and proceeded to fumble with my sandwich so another worker had to come to help Now the other worker ( younger one) there was much nicer and more helpful. Even though he was also on the phone, he still managed to assist properly and was respectful. I don’t mind employees being on the phone, but orders should still be taken professionally and with proper attention to the customer.

  I just Order Vegan patty sandwich and found hair in my sandwich. This is very disgusting. This my last Time ordering from subway never again

  They make no sense the store is set to close at 10pm on the weekdays but they lock the doors and wont let you in at 9.25....... I would rather just go to the subways on flatbush junction since their 24 hours!
